During the show, Jeon Min Ki mentioned the news of G-Dragon, who was investigated for drug use allegations, receiving a “no charges” disposition.

Upon hearing this, Park Myung Soo shared his honest feelings about the G-Dragon controversy.

I saw G-Dragon confidently undergoing the investigation. Making reports and investigating without concrete evidence is the problem. G-Dragon will suffer a huge material loss, and who will take responsibility for that?

He emphasized that false reports on the news without substantial evidence can hurt people, and he shared what needs to be done about this so other artists don’t go through the same situation.

In the future, we must ensure that such incidents do not happen. Announcements to the media should only be made when there is accurate evidence and actual data. If rumors are spread to the media based on suspicions, the parties involved will truly have a hard time. I hope people think deeply about it.

Park Myung Soo lastly expressed how he felt as someone who had worked with G-Dragon before. In the past, the two of them released a song called “Having An Affair” featuring 2NE1‘s Park Bom as part of a project with the reality show Infinite Challenge.

As a friend of G-Dragon who had crossed paths with him at one point, just the fact that he can resume his entertainment activities makes me happy.

On December 13, the Incheon Police Drug Crime Investigation Unit announced that they plan to conclude the investigation into G-Dragon, who was under investigation of drug use allegations, with a “no charges” disposition sometime next week.

The police revealed that G-Dragon received negative results in all drug tests, and despite questioning six additional witnesses recently, they couldn’t secure enough evidence to prove the allegations. The police also decided not to extend G-Dragon’s travel bad, which expired around November 25.
